Introducing Charm v2.1

A complete redesign of the liquidity super app.

Summary

Charm v2.1 is a ground-up redesign of the liquidity super app, live at app.charm.fi. The new interface works across phones, tablets, and desktops, with real-time performance analytics, one-click deposits, and a unified portfolio view across all chains. It is now even easier to provide liquidity, earn rewards, and track performance.

Discover Vaults

The Vault List is the first thing users see. It loads progressively - a skeleton fills the page while vaults stream in batches of 50, with infinite scroll loading additional results when users reach the bottom.

Each vault displays TVL and 30d APR prominently, with an expandable view that reveals Strategy and Ratio for deeper analysis. Users can filter the vaults by its manager, or toggle My Vaults to see only the vaults they manage.

On mobile, vaults appear as touch-friendly cards. The layout adapts seamlessly at every breakpoint.

Performance Analytics

The Vault Details page features a full Performance tab with interactive charts:

• Fees APR % - the vault’s historical fee earnings since inception.
• Gains/Loss Without Rewards - the vault’s performance vs holding, with a Net APR calculation showing the organic returns after fees and impermanent loss.
• Rewards APY and 30d Fee APR metrics at a glance.
• Positions Overview, Liquidity Improvement, and Total Fees Earned for in-depth analysis.

The charts display the complete history of every vault, even vaults with thousands of data points.

Deposit and Withdraw From Anywhere

The Floating Action Button makes deposits and withdrawals accessible from anywhere on any Vault Details page:

• Mobile: A persistent "Deposit" button opens a full-screen drawer with Deposit, Withdraw, and Your Position
• Tablet: An always-visible side panel at half the screen width
• Desktop: Appears when you scroll past the deposit section, sliding in from the right

Users can use Native token zapping to deposit any token in a single transaction. USD values are shown for every input, and balances update automatically after each transaction.

Portfolio

The Portfolio page shows all the positions created by a wallet across every chain:

• Portfolio Value and Rewards Value displayed side by side
• Claim Rewards directly from the Portfolio page.
• Click any position to navigate directly to that vault

For Vault Managers

Create Vault

A progressive disclosure flow guides managers during vault creation - from selecting tokens and fee tier, through choosing a strategy (Narrow, Wide, or Custom), to reviewing all parameters in the Edit Vault modal.

Strategy parameters come with step counters for precise adjustment. A default Rebalance Delegate enables Charm's auto-rebalancing service, so vaults can be fully automated from day one.

Manage Existing Vaults

The Edit Vault modal organises parameters into collapsible sections - Information, Governance, Strategy, and Security - each with step counters, pool hyperlinks to block explorers, and input validation.

Collect Manager Fee is the default operation, putting fee collection front and centre for vault managers.

Security

Charm 2.1 still uses Charm's liquidity management contracts - one of DeFi's most secure contracts with nearly five years of 24/7 operations with no security incidents. The contracts and its forks have managed over $300M of TVL since launching in May 2021, and has undergone 4 audits.
